★ ★ ★ ★ ★ call langsung tak angkat, benda dah sampai POS LAJU cuma nak minta stamp dan bayar cukai , office takda org call pun tak angkat , nak tunggu sampai bila ni? suruh isi borang masuk pos tapi tak layan , memang buang masa org
call did not pick up immediately, things have reached POS LAJU just want to ask for a stamp and pay taxes, office no org call did not pick up, want to wait until when? asked to fill in the postage form but did not serve, it was a waste of time org

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have approved my import permit and asked to come collect the paperwork. I asked them to email it to me as I only needed the softcopy but they didn't respond so I made my way to their office to collect. Upon reaching on their level, they asked me to walk right up to the officer's door for me to collect it. With everything digitalised and especially still being in RMCO, I wonder why they're still stuck doing work like it's 1995.
