★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad & worst service ! Monthly bill has not been sent, thus bill is assumed almost 3times higher than the current usage! Already made report twice but the excuse given was the bill reader cant take the reading due to the accident. Crazy what? Only has 1 bill reader ?? Then accident, cant send other staff to take over?? Complaint by email also is no use

had been writing report to the management past few months with regards of low pressure causing only 1 pipe function at one time ...till now there is no ACTION taken although we keep on reminding / calling the management...should i go straight to the CEO/ make it viral? just want to have a good water supply to my house ....tq

I hv been experiencing terrible water problem in my area..called jba many many times..no action taken...water colour is like 'teh o'...hw to drink tat water, washing, cleaning...wats hsppenning to JBA...are u all selling water...about 10.10am on 19th May 2021..i called again..spoke to the operator..lady..she was rude..and wen i cal bck..she is not answering the phone...wat kind of staff do u employ.this is serious matter...look into it urgently. One of the worst department in malaysia. Cal to one number..they another number ..cal tat number..nobody pick up...always...the same...vry dissappointing..we r paying and drinking dirty water. Earlier on we never experience this now..for the past one year..always dirty water..hope the pengarah wil look into it seriously. Tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengurudan paip kuantan management terrible worst service in Malaysia,,, doesn't deserve a STAR for this kind of management,, make complain for water pressure slow. For 2weeks no action is taken by staff,,, called the call centre 68times a day no body answer the call,staff are makan gaji buta, shaking legs at the office,, and we the rakyat had to make payments for the bills to get this kind of terrible worst service from PAIP,, this is called the MALAYSIA BOLEH,, ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 2 years ago, never had such water disruption, so thank you for that. But these days, water disruption is always around the corner almost every week at Mentakab. It is so inconvenient and esp if you're running a food stall! The business gets disrupted to a point where stalls will need to be closed for a few days. The water pressure is too low that the washing machine can hardly do its job! It's worse at Taman Saga, it has always been for years! Please fix this issue, looking forward to a solution! thanks!
