★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toilet need to maintain properly. Only one is operate while others is locked. And it cost 50 cent per entry. No changing coin machine nearby. Inconvenient when need to use urgently. And also the toilet is dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good facilities but limited cafe that open for public till midnight... If have cafe or fast food open for 24 hours... I think it will be the good idea for passenger wanna Supper for midnight before boarding to their own destination...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy paid parking, lots of shop, CIMB ATM, clean surau, but toilet need to be cleaner. Lots of bus. Got taxi and feeder bus to town service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad!! Please improve ur services, today a lot of customers missed their bus, u have a lot of counter but only 2 are open, we all cant get our ticket exchanged on time when we here 30mins earlier
and the second we arrived at counter our bus already went by. Stupid!! Ur escalator also not functioning, super slow and u got such a bad manners and attitude staff too. This is super bad, do something about it. And im seriously upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very badly maintained! The escalator was not working so I checked if i could use the lift because I was carrying some heavy luggage but the lift wasn’t working too. The toilets require us to pay 50cent per entry but before I could go inside the machine’s light turned red and I couldn’t enter. So I had to pay extra 50cents to enter a dirty toilet. The toilets looked like they’ve never been washed and stink that I almost puked. The fans at the waiting area outside the boarding were full of dust I couldn’t feel the wind blowing at all. This place is a wreck! Hope the authorities will fix it and maintain this place properly. Also can someone tell me why do I have to go to the ticket counter to print my boarding pass? Isn’t the whole idea of purchasing online ticket is to avoid the queue and contact with the crowd?
