★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow they do things. Open an account for my new unit said will come and install in 3-4 days time but after a week still no water. Went outside and check the water meter, meter not install yet. TNB much faster only take 1-2 days come and fix. But when want to close account for my other house so troublesome. Said must give father's death cert even though the account is under my mothers name and my father pass away like 10 years ago where to find father's death cert? This is how the main water supplier for Penang serve the ppl

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the information said closed at 430pm went there and reached at 407pm and found out they are closed....the person in charge showed a noticed saying they change to 4pm. How am i suppose to know u changed your time?
In the end i went to the down stairs post office to pay my water bill. Service fast fast and efficient. I also can pay in advanced. I thought i could only pay in advanced if i went to the main office.
Advice is, just go to any post office and avoid offices like this one in komtar.
