P	Pau Ki Leong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Make appointment online. (Not operating during CMCO) 2. Attend within the appointment time. (1 hour) 3. Wear dark color collar shirt. (Avoid white because background is white) Photo taken on the spot. 4. Payment only credit/debit card is accepted. 5. Because less queries now so the passport maybe can done within 1 hour. So same day collection is possible.

Must go through appointment, but appointment website always full? Have to fill up again and again and only tell us the last part whether it is full or not. To developers, please hire a professional full stack developer, landing page already show so many error in console, the code is also written by unprofessional developer

There is no allocated place to seat elderly ppl so my mother in law who is 82 yo had to sit outside, which is in front of the enquiry counter. After our number was called, i had to help my mil to get up from chair and walk to counter but they skipped our number saying they press 3x for our number and move on. I told them we came as fast as we can but my mil is old and there were so many ppl blocking her way, the supervisor at the back was shouting at us, then after a while another supervisor tried to explain it was not their fault since they press the bell 3x. My mil told the man, if i can terbang here, i would have. I told him if you insist must be at the counter in less than 10 seconds then pls allocate seating for elderly and oku ppl right at the front of counters. Because of no seats available near your counter we had to sit outside and take a bit longer to walk, especially for fragile old woman like my mil. I guess they couldn't be bothered if she had ran and fell. Although they processed our application in the next number, the waiting of 2 hrs and being skipped just because my mil cannot terbang to the counter in time is appaling and sad. Being in public service, they should take ownership of the issue and not push the blame back at vulnerable citizens, show some empathy and be considerate. A simple sorry would have deescalate our frustration at the time.

Bring together IC photocopy.When your number is called, go to counter, sign doc, take pic. Then, go to payment counter. After 1 hr, your passport is ready to collect.Total duration from I step in until i get my passport only take 2 and half hours. Shoutout to all pegawai who serve patiently, efficiently eventhough there are humongous number of customer. I was served by Pegawai Hanif and Pegawai Mala. They are very kind and also, biggest thank you to all the staffs for your hardwork.?
S	Simone Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The process to renew or make a new passport is really fast compared to back at Lebuh Pantai was operating and the service is really smpoth. Photo will be retaken on the spot if the one uploaded online is not accepted. Passport can be requested from site 3 days after renewal application. Just bring your old passport, IC and payment slip for the procedure.
