★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are gem :). Fast, friendly, compassionate. We had to detour from Immigration UTC to NRD UTC as my IC is an older version (with single face). The staff could not add me impromptu but she helped to arrange new closest date for new IC application in 1 of early morning. I am thankful for her support, as when I check the appointments online, the slots are full till the following month. On the day of application the same staff and her colleague tended to me courteously and efficiently, I have not seen govt officers who conduct in those manners for ages (after Pak Lah's time). There is a male officer I believe by the name of Adli even offered to photostat our new ICs for our passport urgent application, as nearby shops are still closed. 3x Thumbs up for the 3 excellent staffs!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services are amazing. Starting from the security, the registration all the way to the officers and the director. All are helpful and super efficient. Mine was served by counter 1 and later counter 4, both officers are truly excellent. The counter 1 officer is very professional in photo taking and super patient. Very responsible! I am so proud Malaysian public services at UTC JPN has achieved an international level! Kudos! 23 Feb 2022.
