★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thumbs up! Efficient service from JPJ, 15mins to complete the transaction. A well organised one stop center for all government agencies. JPJ closed at 8.30pm on weekday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went over to UTC JPJ this morning, it was so disappointing due to it is offline. I am more disappointed is the service they gave me. Without any offline sign board shown. I walk to the door and ask when the system is ready? The lady just shout at me, I told you it is offline! This is the respond given and she continue to shout. I wonder is it, we can't even ask question and just obey to sit and wait only? She is so rude!
