Dear new buyer: I advice you do not buy your new car from Ashraf. Because you may not get what is promised and left with disappointment. I experienced it myself. Why spend money and make youself in trouble right?

The worst place to buy your new car!!!!!!! Reason: 1.It took almost 4 weeks for them to deliver the car despite loan been approved in 2 days time ,signed the offer letter and a ready stock car (Perodua MYVI).That 4 weeks also after I pushed them like everyday need to call and ask for a update. 2.Free gift was not given to me as promised, the sales man promised to give a free tinted, during delivery he said if they tinted the car the warranty will be revoked.(Stupid excuse). 3.Manipulate in my down payment, when I caught than want to recalculate and gave me the correct amount.(Im suspecting this is the reason that he don’t want to give me the tinted ) 4.Insurance issued date and road tax issued date was not the same, and give me the wrong copy of cover note which does not exist. Due to that I had so much of trouble in renewing my road tax the next year, till now I could not claim my NCD just because of the inconsistent insured date. When call the showroom and ask about it, it took them 2 days to just give me the correct cover note, even this also I was contact with 3 different person to get this and explain separately to each one of them about the issue. Azyan auto pleassssss change your service level, if this is what you want to maintain please don’t do the business and trouble the buyer...

Most pathetic, unprofessional, utter nonsense automobile showroom. Never came across such situation in my life. I regret for approaching this showroom. I booked for bezza on Dec 2016 which was having a discount of 3000 RM, I submitted all documents for loan processing along with 30% of down payment and even my loan from May bank got approved on 30th Dec, after 1 week these Azyan Auto Sdn. Bhd. People called me and informed me that they cannot give me discount of 3000 RM as they were not able to register the car. I am stuck with these people. I highly recommend not to get engage with Azyan Auto Sdn. They don’t deserve.

Bought a car at this place.After more than 2 months, suddenly I got a call from this dealership saying that my car is ready to be picked up and I have not yet to pay my down-payment even though I have already paid in full. Worst of all, my car was already at the dealership for nearly a week before they called me. Please don't deal with a guy called "Bob". Very unprofessional. If the dealership didn't call me, who knows until when do I have to wait for my car. And please upgrade you dealership. It looks like an abandoned building from the outside and there's basically no refreshments for customers. The air conditioner isn't even switched when I was there

if you’re going to buy the car at this place, please expect delivery for more than 4 months. Not recommended to those who urgently need a car. So disappointed ?

the WORST car dealer ever please i beg u if you plan on getting a perodua please at all costs avoid Azyan. We booked a Myvi with the salesman, Gie, when all the other stores we went to said it will take ~3months for the myvi to arrive, Gie said he can get it within a month for us hence we decided to book it with him. 2 Months later there were still no news despite us asking over and over again. In the end we decided to cancel and claim our RM300 booking deposit back. They said they could only give RM150 back as the other RM150 is for something else bla3 so we said ok. Booked the car in January, cancelled around March, it’s May soon and we don’t have a car and we’re RM300 short. They have not returned our RM150 back and the salesman, Gie, have been avoiding our calls for at least a month. the WORST car dealer.
