★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to eat. The surrounding is dirty. They don’t inform you when they run out of ingredients for a sandwich and just give it to you without the ingredient. The chips are soft like it has been left out for a long time. Overall a really awful experience.

I just wanted to comment on how rude your staff at O’Briens Pusat Perubatan University Malaya
I came on 16 June 2022 at 7.48am and saw on of your staff arranging table outside of the cafe.
By saying Hai adik, oh kedai tak bukak lagi ya? She without looking at me and said in very annoying voice “ade tulis kan kat depan tu? Baca la”
I just wow! So early in the morning and already been so moody. I told her that she could say nicely to me since its very early morning and i’ve been talking nicely. Oh well, i just been ignored with angry annoying face. Disappointed yes! The staffs been rude most of the time but today im not tolerating it. Hope the management can do something about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just here ordering a coffee-to-go. The cashier placed my order and told me the amount of payment. I went to take my wallet as I left it in the bag at the table (I wanted to pay using e-wallet so I only had my phone with me). When I was ready to pay, she asked me what did I order again which she actually didn’t pay attention at the very first place. Then she showed bad temper to me when making my coffee. She was also very rude to the other customers here. She talked bad to her colleague right in front of the customer. Very very very bad experience. Like one of the reviews here said, the staffs bang everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning was the second time I experienced a rude staff. It was early morning, two staff were there. One took forever to serve sandwich to a customer, another was at the counter and also preparing two drinks for a customer, which also took so long. My turn comes, when I ask about sandwich she raised her voice to me ordering me with her finger to go the sandwich counter. I was really annoyed that I just ordered Americano and a pie. This is a second time a rude staff attended me at this place. And too bad, this experience made me notice even more bad things about them. I noticed that she bangs all the stuff. How would you feel when you're having breakfast with that loud bang. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saddest looking cappuccino & sandwich I've had at O'Brien's here. What is this cincai-ly drizzled chocolate syrup? ? Plus the service was bad, the cashier looked so annoyed and impatient like customers owed her money ? Impatient to talk to new customers then don't work in service line la. Asked for soup of the day, said don't have, then another customer wanted hot chocolate, also don't have. ?
