★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi everyone. I wish to share my experience with Sales representative Nizam from Perodua Showroom PJ Branch opposite University Hospital PJ. I was on my way from KKB to University Hospital for my mum's medical checkup. Unfortunately, my brand new car got overheated. Just before, the traffic light near University Hospital, I saw this showroom and decided to seek help there as the car was getting worst, and I was afraid. It was my first experience plus I was so worked up as my mum needed to go to hospital. When I was there, Nizam came out and I informed him of my issues. He was so kind and helpful and advised me what to do. He checked on my mum and myself frequently asking if we needed water or to use the bathroom while I was sorting out with the insurance. I was happy that through Nizam's help, I was allowed to be there in my hot car till the towing vehicle came over. He was really friendly and had a warm welcome feeling in his gesture. He even kept in touch and reminded me to pick my mum from hospital once I was done with the car. For everyone's info, I met Nizam last year for a car purchase inquiry but eventually the transaction did not pull through. It's rare for any human to be able to keep grudge aside and try to help out, but Nizam did it. His actions and help, caught me off surprised. For most people, they wouldn't be bothered, but he did. It's a rare fact to be ignored. Thus, I wish to take this opportunity to thank him so much. Infact, I think that every sales agent should have such values in them as it shows the dignity one carries. I wish Nizam all the best and I do hope Perodua would recognize his efforts in helping me and award him. Let this be an encouragement to everyone.
