β β β β β The store assistants, Rany and Anbu are very knowledgable and helpful. They took the time to explain things to me and attended to my queries, something that most other pet store assistants lack.
Good place to shop for your pet. Price very reasonable

β β β β β I do understand the needs to treat customers with friendly attitude, but during this pandemic, thereβs really no need to serve every customer like king/queen, imagine one customer you took more than 10mins to serve, and how about 2-3 customers inside the shop? Is it mean that all customers need to wait just one customer to be serve properly?
Please be logic here, if itβs not necessary people wouldnβt just simply walk in for fun.
Also, this store always lack of staff, one staff do all the jobs, and because of that, he just let a customer wear mask (half face) in and cut my queue, he didnβt notice that.
All this while I am the regular customer here but sorry, if every purchase need to take at least 20-30mins, I would rather go another nearer place (more spacious and more staffs to assist) to avoid contact with so many people at one time.

β β β β β I couldn't walk in the store because i'm not fully vaccinated yet so i used Grab to order and called the staff in the rivercity branch on what they would recommend for my dog, SUPER FRIENDLY and RESPONSIBLE. Unfortunately, the shampoo they recommended me was not available in Grab so i had to call and ask them to help me save the shampoo and treats i wanted to buy and let my mum pay and pick-up for it later, SURPRISINGLY THEY HAVE THAT SERVICE ?I will TOTALLY recommend this pet store to my friends and relatives. Good Job and thank you for understanding. ??ββοΈ??
