β β β β β Unfriendly service, worst encountered so far out of many petshops. For example, couldn't be bothered and looks away while talking to you. Arrogantly claims that whole Msia out of stock just because he doesn't have stock(which was of course easily found). I suggest if you must get from Petzone, do patronize the one in KD for better experience

β β β β β All things related to cats. Mostly it's the cats thing. From foods to toys. They also provide boarding services for cats, where they will charge along with vaccination shot around less than RM20 per cat to ensure that all cats are healthy and do not have serious disease. Price wise is average though you may find certain items which cheaper compared to other places around the area.

β β β β β Bought a cat from here... they told me they had everything checked out for the cat and that everything was fine.
Brought the cat to the vet and I found out my cat was late on vaccinations, has ringworms, and ear mites.
And not long after she was diagnosed with FIP and passed away.

β β β β β I love visiting this pet shop. Friendly, knowledgeable and well stocked. For example, they have the BEST brand litter - REAL litter in stock!! For a cat parent like myself, I can definitely find what I need at Pet Zone.

Bought a kitten back in mid June 2020, as this is my first and only pet, so I am treating her like my baby girl. Brought her for the first vacin at the end of June, and second vacin in July. Not long after that the kitten started showing bloated tummy and got a fever, and noticed she has turned very passive, refuses to jump and out of appetite. Immediately bring her to vets, and suspected it was the after effect from the 2nd vaccination. After few days medicine fever doesn't go away, so I went for another vet to seek for 2nd advice. After a couple of in-depth test (involving test kit) it is confirmed FIP. Her bloated tummy is due to fluid filled her abdomen, and all other behavior shown leading to the FIP symptoms. FIP is basically a cancer for cats...you know what will happen next????
