โ โ โ โ โ This is like the best pet shop I've been to. The price seems appropriate, the arrangement is proper, the animals was taken care of well. The shop is not huge but it has various selection of items to be chosen. Hopefully they'll be able to maintain this because I've been to Mid Valley branch, it is not in a good condition. Well done to Cyberjaya Pets Naturale.

โ โ โ โ โ New pet shop in cyberjaya open inside the Dpulze shopping mall. The staff very friendly and they shared some knowledge and advice. Register for membership for free then you will get 7% discount on selected items. Good for aquascape fanatic because their shop complete will all things and equipment for aquascape. They also got multiple choices of tame and exotic pets. It's good to bring your children here since the shop quite big for visitor and customer.

โ โ โ โ โ Update: since my last post (gave them 4 stars) ive visited this pet shop several times and it really deserves a 5 star rating. The staff really make sure you're ok and advise you as best they can. Highly recommend this pet shop. Ive stopped going to others. The fact that they have a wide range of products for a wide range of animals is also extremely helpful. My fish and cats needs can be taken care of in just one shop. Well done Pet Naturale. Your staff look happy too. I always have a pleasant visit there

I went to the shop today (03/02/2022) to see the mainecoon that they advertise thru Instagram and the staff told me and I quote ยซย nak tgk saja2 ke nak beli ? Kalau nk tgk saja2 kita x bagiย ยป. I was shocked by the reply. Then I said that I always bought my cats food here and I can say I am regular here because all my cat's supplies I bought from this shop. I also mentioned that I bought 2 cats from this shop as well and at that time I have no intention of buying but after I pet them, I straight away buy two of them.
Disappointed with such treatment.

Went there two days ago (01/02/2022). The guy not helping at all when I try to choose catโs food. Seems like limited knowledge about Orijen, Instinct and Carnilove.

VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AS A GO-TO SHOP FOR ALL PET OWNERS.
I first went to this shop about a month ago. I was sceptical at first because I just know this shop. I only know one pet shop inside dpulze which is wonderland(if I'm not mistaken). So my first visit, I'm happy with the explanation from their staff about kittens and I straight away bought 1 kitten. Their service is really good. Then I drop by again to buy Pixi smart fountain. 3rd time I went there, I bought another kitten so that my boy ada friend. Then I regularly go to Pet naturale to find useful stuff for my kittens. And they got all the stuff available. What more do u want. A huge pet shop, with the most essential stuff available and the service, is great with great staff to help. Itโs like a pet supermarket. Highly recommend this shop as a go-to place
