★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since it's MCO people rarely come here which makes order faster and the food is not cold. Everything is great, but the mushroom soup is very bland. Pretty cheap for it's price when taking sets. Overall a good 5/6 avocados ? Would come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer services so slow.the slowest pizza hut i ever go. Maybe they got only 1 oven to cook pizza.dont go here unless u have nothing to do.maybe we need to help the cooker to bake the pizza also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with some of the comments here on the speed of service. I rarely gave bad reviews or got angry with people serving me food, but this was bad, really. Bad management all together.
I chose pizza hut out of other restaurants in the mall as it was supposed to be fast food, and there were only 2 other tables occupied at that time.
It took at least 25mins for them to serve 2 regular pizzas, and they only served it on the 25th min when I asked them for it... I wonder what how long I needed to wait if I didn't do so. One of the pizzas actually appeared and tasted undercooked (entire pizza pale white with dehydrated onions; usually it's appetising bright yellow with moist toppings) , but I'm not sure, but we were starving and having heartburn, we just did not want to change again and delay furthermore.
The payment counter was a disaster. The customers dining-in have to queue at the entrance counter to pay, while the take-outs customers queue and make their selection to order at the same counter, it was very slow and inefficient.
When it was my turn, they double charged me on a single item, and charged on a prize 50-55% higher than the displayed price. The calculation was not shown until payment was made,I thought it was the taxes. Then only from the receipt I noticed I was wrongly charged. That was actually okay and acceptable, error happens. But what's not okay was the waiter just turned and walked away, with a queue waiting there.. After 1 to 2mins,the manager came, and said they can't cancel the payment done on credit card. Then she asked me to calculate for her. Then she walked away again! I had to go to the kitchen and asked the staff to call her out, showed her the calculation, she went back in again to take the cash for refund. I expected the manager to handle it professionally, eg calculate the excess charges, and ready the refund and gave it to me. Rather than me as a mistreated customer seeking her out each step.
this was the only time in my life I actually felt angry at a restaurant (I have had a cockcroach found in my bowl before this in other restaurant before, but this pizza hut experience was worse, seriously.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the qualities I look into restaurants I dine in is their customer service. However, this restaurant have terrible service. Extremely disappointed. We waited for more than 30 mins and no one provided us with the menu. So called “fast food restaurant”. Would NOT recommend this place. PERIOD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza and it's range of foods were just similar to most of the Pizza Hut branch, where these were just normal and not really that special, just casually having pizza without need something fancy. Inside this restaurant the phone signal is really poor, had to rely on their restaurant public WiFi instead. Also worth mentioning that it is also relatively quiet with not many people dining inside this restaurant during weekdays night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the ground floor near aeon in the old wing. Speed of service is acceptable. Place is clean and quite large. Food is great. The mushroom soup is as always good and tummy warming. The bbq sauce chicken wing is a bit small hence expensive and not really value for money. Skip this side dish if you can. Pasta is good and have a tangy limey spicy taste. Opens up the tummy for pizza. Pizza could be better if more generous. The staff have good timing bringing the dishes. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to eat pizza here than S.Pyramid outlet because layout wide, neat and quiet. All staffs here really do their works. During this times - 23/2/202, they got many new menu and promotions. Don't you think M'sia also got so many pizza restaurants and burgers....cheapest in the world that I been? Lmao! From Rm$6 ? how much converter to ??? And I can eat in a nice restaurant and serve like a King.?

The food was as usual not bad.
The lunch meal was really worthy !
RM12.90 for a persona pizza, mushroom soup and drink!
