Once I came walk-in to the outlet, the staff said must wait for 30-45 minutes for ordering for the large box and ask me to going somewhere while waiting and she will call me once ready but only after more than an hour receive a call from them. When I arrived, need to wait for another 15 minutes to get my order.

β β β β β First time order dekat FoodPanda, bad services i ever had! I order larger size pizza but dapat regular. I order flavour lain dapat lain :( Then esok lusa i try order thru shop but dissapointed jugak. I tak dapat onion ring then need to go back to the shop then the staff didnβt ever said βsorryβ to my sister whatt is thatt !! Manager or whoever responsibly pleasee lah ajar staff you how to greet customer with proper ways. I pernah jugak kerja dkt fast food years back then tapi takda lah nak layan customer mcm staff dekat pizza hut ni :) I tak marah i just tegur for the future takkan nak duduk dekat lekuk sama je kan βΊοΈ? #nohurtfeeling
