I usually order online for self pick-up, but a lot of times when i come to pickup at the given time, they always seem to be clueless about my order. I ended up having to wait them to prepare my order from the start. So useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad first impression on this shop and the delivery too. Order the delivery for my dinner at 8:45 but ended up came at 11 pm. Too disappointed on the service. No calls and no explaining to me when the food is arrived. Said that gonna wait for another 5 minutes when I received my first call after waited for 2 hours but also reached after 20 minutes. I hope the management of Pizza Hut can see this review and give me one good explanation because this is way too frustrating and disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order in advanced for delivery at 630pm. Now 7.20pm still not received my order yet. Called the hotline twice, they said will ask the store manager to contact me but waited 30mins no response from the store. And now still waiting, what to do.

in the end have to call their hotline and they told us the phone number we key in was wrong...?! (saying this frequently happens as well)
The staff then say that they will check with officer in charge who will later call back to us.
30 minutes later no response from them.
We called again and they said the same thing. Keep us waiting without delivering appropriate solution whilst we cant cancel order immediately.
Does PIZZA HUT have this habit keeping the customer waiting for 2 hours (checking forever).
