โ โ โ โ โ Service is really really bad here. Really slow compared to other pizza hut and the staffs are not professional at all. Double standards often happens here and we can see at how they treat the delivery riders. Even the order has finished preparing they still don't put the order at the pickup table. Very very bad service!

โ โ โ โ โ Quite poor service, ran out of pan crust, air cond not working, cashier counter slow after login order, waited 5 minutes. Came back 20 minutes later and order still haven't started cooking. Have to continue waiting in the store, no compensation for having to wait longer. Face mask discipline is bad, mask on chin on most kitchen staff, cashier only pull up mask to serve customers. Staff lepaking outside with delivery riders smoking in front of the restaurant. Overall quite a bad experience and I order there often, at least the pizza is still decent, although the toppings could be more generous instead of 2 inches of empty crust.

โ โ โ โ โ Pro- Option of pizzas are varieties, customizable and unique unlike other pizza restaurante. The app and website interface speedy, straight-forward and user friendly. They are very responsive, attentive and concern about customer satisfaction. Dedicated whatsapp number is very functional.
Con-The pizzas I ordered were delivered half cooked, late and cold.
Solution: I brought this to the attention of the manager. He immediately offered me complimentary pizzas. This time around it is well cooked and delivered super hot. Sometimes mistakes do happen that need understanding and tolerance, which in my case the Manager acknowledged without argument. This is what I call business-oriented enterprise that gives priority to customers' needs and wants.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service. Kept customer waiting almost 1 hour for pick up order. Deliver order not in proper Q number and jumping. Poor management, PHD HQ staff don't just sit at office and makan gaji buta. Go down to your outlet and audit them....! Collect complains and take action for future betterment. Prefer 0 star. Dissapointed...!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I mean, the taste wasn't bad and the delivered time was not that bad either. It's not the rider's fault for happened this disaster. Okay, maybe the rider drive too fast that the pizza couldn't survived. Possibly if the store warn to the riders for drive less fast then this might be prevent.
