β β β β β Not providing the order as per our customisation. Taste of the food is not as good as it was before. Not serving plates and spoons unless we ask them and even after asking, they are not clean. Not maintaining the hygiene. Service is not as expected.

I came to sunway pyramid pizzahut asking for buka puasa inquiries for 2 pax today at 30/4/2022 4.30 pm
When i ask for reservations the person a guy, asking me a rude way if i malay/muslim or not. I said im melayu yes despite i look chinese cuz i have mixed blood. The person still not believe im malay/muslim. And respond very rude
By far no one should ever encounter or been ask or doubt the person religion. As a front of service you should never ask people that kind of questions.
I have eaten pizza hut for years and even book reservations alot and yet today have made me to loose the trust i had.
Pizzahut kindly look into this matters seriously your front of house staff have failed to establish a good service. And by far have respond in the most racist and rude way it could be.

β β β β β I came here because the line at Taco Bell was too long but unfortunately they would not let me place an order at the counter. Manager insisted that I use the QR code on the table and became annoyed when I suggested that I would like to order at the register. Please provide customers with the option to use the QR code or pay at the register.
The browsers on these restaurant order portals is often unstable and taking our order is part of the service experience.

β β β β β Eat at this place just now. People dnt even give utensils and plates for us. Spaghettis served after 30mins waiting. Carbonara served after 40mins of waiting , all without utensils. Ordering is via QR code and no over counter mode of ordering which is difficult for tourist like us who has a limited internet service. Store should provide a better way of ordering to their customers. If they want us to use QR code mode of ordering they should atleast offer a complementary wifi to their customers.
