โ โ โ โ โ Very bad experience with this branch. I ordered through shopeefood. I call the delivery boy but he said the restaurant might be forgot to include my fries ( 2 box). I call their customer service so many times but no answer. Very bad experience.

โ โ โ โ โ I prefer the taste of BK compared to McD but, and it is a big BUT, the burgers are getting smaller. staff are excellent, place is clean, ample parking.

โ โ โ โ โ A corner shop lot at Mentari area. Came to enjoy my BK promo with Lazada. However, greeted by bad counter staff who refuse to serve fries without salt. When stood our ground, she reluctantly ask her peers and they told her there is such a service for customer who dont want salt. Worst, she dont even know how to apologise or care to apologise. As such, dont think i will return to this branch and no star for this place. However, google app requires me to give at least 1 star. For the record, it is still NO Stars for this branch.

โ โ โ โ โ Just imagine going to a place where they don't serve chillie sauce... Not everyone likes tomato sauce ..we are not kids.. some more can say it's been long since they had chilled sauce . They shd find other recourses if their supplier is not providing...!!! Haizzz ..
