Signature: Flame Grilled Seafood
Firstly, it was a bit difficult to find the restaurant as it is part of another restaurant called "Pallets & Pan" located just few doors away from Atria Mall. The Ambience is western dining but you can order hot flame grilled seafood whilst relaxing in an air conditioned environment...which is great.
The Tom Yam with XXL Prawns 5 ? is absolutely a smasher here as it's deliciously good and it taste really like authentic Thai food (Cost RM65). A must try here. We also had the Deep Fried Ikan Kembong 4 ? which was nice and absolutely tasty. It came with its own special sauce which was perfectly paired with the fish.
We also ordered the Pork Satay 3.5 ? but I felt that the meat was a bit too tough and also Kambing (Mutton) Satay 3 ?. Both tastes quite good and would have scored higher if they made the meat a bit more tender. The Chinese Pork Satay's meat 2 ? was way too hard for my liking.
On the overall, this is a nice place to revisit especially with Beer ? since the adjoined restaurant serves beer and other alcohol as well. But the Tom Yam here really deserves a special mention.. As it is actually one of the best I have tried this year.
