★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. There was a patient came in for covid test and he is allowed to go inside for registration and allowed to seat down at the bench while waiting for the Dr. This is insane as it is risking other patients inside the clinic.
2. The bill is quite expensive. Generic pain killer and gastric pill cost me rm140.
3. The consultation was done in less than a minute. And it seems like he do not have the passion to talk to the patient anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ doctor was really arrogant. Refuse to treat any headache symptom patient in consultation room unless I took covid-19 RTK antigen test in his clinic which is just too expensive! I have done the test at home and came out negative and even completed 2 doses of my vaccines last month. No other symptoms of covid 19 and just had a headache. He just issued whatever headache medicine + body aches medicine and billed my insurance extra. Felt like a fraud and walked in to other clinic to receive proper care for migraine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad experience...came in with just dry throat, no fever, or flu. Fully vaccinated + booster shot taken and already took rtkat home and showed negative before coming in to the clinic but doctor insisted i take the swab test. i had to decline as end of month not enough money to eat and my insurance doesn't cover.. doctor couldn't understand and told it's not a big sum of money. felt like i was being forced and and felt really uncomfortable. really not recommended
