★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are a Covid 19 testing center. You do not have a facility to hold people waiting for the covid test result? You just ask them to go outside and wait. People are waiting for the result n hot humid day while you are in the comfort of your air conditioned room. Other patients waits inside, if you are afraid if people having covid test you should have a holding / waiting facility dedicated for them, asking them to wait outside is not right. The 2 staff on duty were also not friendly. Not all patients doing Covid test are positive, some do this as a requirement for their job. so please do not act as if they will infect you. follow the protocol and be professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Siva is a very good doctor and a caring person. He even remembers your name! Not an easy feat considering the volume of patients he sees. Been going to him since I move here with a newborn son, now I'm going on to number 3. His bedside manner is perfect, he knows how to engage adults and kids alike. We, the residents, are very lucky to have him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for RT-PCR test. Dr Siva is very friendly and professional, the whole swab test experience is great and fast. However, the service of staff nurses can be improved. Got a call from them after 1.5 days, they told me my test results through the call and promised to whatsapp me the report. Didn’t receive the report on the next day, called them and again they said will whatsapp me by EOD. On the third day, still didn’t receive the report, called the clinic again and they asked me to go collect the report from the clinic. Should have just said that in the first place. Waited 2 days for nothing. Think twice if you want to come here for covid swab test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Siva is definitely one of the best GP I’ve ever visited! Pleasant, takes the time to explain and ensures that your concerns are answered. Clinic also offers many other services like COVID testing, FBC, dengue testing etc??????
