★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u don't understand what's meaning 1 teaspoon or half of the teaspoon, please don't go there. Their pharmacy aunty will scold the patient who don't know the measure of it. Normally patient just understand that ml is measure for liquid medicine not 1 teaspoon or half of the teaspoon. Everywhere clinic also use ml to measure it. This is my first time to visit this clinic and really really really bad experience. Really bad attitude of the pharmacy aunty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m so unsatisfied with the receptionist behaviour today ! After getting consultation from Dr, receptionist explained and gave us the medicine as per the prescription..later she said that one of the antibiotic is out of stock.. she suggest me to get it from the nearest pharmacy, she wrote the antibiotic’s name in a small piece of paper.. As this is my very first time experiencing this .. I thought the that small piece of paper is enough to get the medicine..but the pharmacist rejected that..she requested us to get a proper prescription with the patient’s name mentioned .. once I got the Dr’s sign on that small piece of paper again, the pharmacist rejected again saying it’s not a proper one again… My humble request to the Dr’s and the staffs from this clinic, kindly please provide us a proper prescription next time, so that we don’t have to come again to request it from you guys again….some of us may don’t know what would be the proper way ?
I’ve been getting my consultation from this clinic for almost 4 years with my mother together…always been our first choice….and just a gentle reminder.. don’t ever be rude to your customers ?
