★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya dtg klinik bawak anak demam kol 4 ptg staff bagitau doktor belum masuk (sepatut nya dh masuk). Tunggu sekejap. Masa consultation doktor cek 2 minit je. Throat x cek. Bila tanya nape x cek doktor bg alasan berisiko spread covid pada dia. Wth. Pakai la ppe dah keje mmg berisiko dapat infection. Pastu bil celik darah. X berbaloi betul consultation mcm tu nak bayar bil sampai beratus. Kalau consultation bagus im willing to pay berapa pon amount nya. Teruk betul Dr Havinder
I came to the clinic with a child with cabbage fever at 4 pm, the staff told me that the doctor had not come in (it should have come in). Wait for a while. The doctor's check consultation time is 2 minutes. Throat x check. When asked nape x check the doctor bg the reason for the risk of covid spread on him. Wth. Use la ppe dah keje mmg risk of infection. Pastu bil celik darah. X is really worth the consultation mcm tu want to pay bills up to hundreds. If the consultation is good, I'm willing to pay how many pounds is the amount. Too bad Dr. Havinder

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience here last year. Going here late around 6-7pm as our usual paed clinic closed. My youngest having slight flu & sore throat which look concerning. The doctor here didn't even attend my son face to face. She just check my kid just through the registration counter window and ask us to move him around so she can do the physical check up etc. Then was denied any kind of medication as she informed my kid is under age of 2 & consultation fee was charged. The next day I need to go to my usual paed for son checkup & medication.
Thinking back what kind of doctor 'afraid' to attend to their patient. Something to wonder..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, I have good experience with this clinic. Twice for consultation, once for COVID-19 swab test (via appointment). I met Dr Arief for consultations, he was friendly and caring. The clinic was clean, the staff was also friendly. The charge was standard. Hopefully the clinic will maintain the same standard of consultation from other doctors too.
