★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is very professional. They adhere strictly to the COVID-19 S.O.P., which makes me comfortable to dine here. In terms of food, it is all subjective. The aglio olio that I ordered comes with a generous amount of seafood. Just that it is too oily for me. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is situated inside the Intermark mall and is accessible via the Kelana Jaya Line LRT.
Price is a bit high but worth it since it taste really nice and presented well also. They also serve alcohol.
A must try, been here multiple times. All good times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spaghetti Porto Romano is really tasty. I like it. I initially ordered lamb shank, but I was told that the potato is not ready yet. Will come back and try lamb shank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their classic Italian food menu here at Porto Romano. The pasta dishes are mouth-watering and the service is excellent. The restaurant has a cozy and intimate atmosphere, which makes it the perfect place for a date night. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a romantic evening out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Menu was slid on the table from a distance. No greeting. The food was bland and had the quality of pasta served by amateur cooks. To think the carbonara with turkey ham cost RM30 and tasted like a 6 year old made it.
The only proper customer service I received was from one guy, who I believe is an expat student working as part timer serving tables. That is the 1 star gained.
The ambience was good and cosy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service okay, but the seafood on the pizza Romano was full of frozen smell... Squid ink pasta was okay but the calamari ring still had the same frozen smell... they should use fresh seafood for this price range...overall a 2 star experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is here good and love the ambience. Nice place for a cosy no-fuss kinda date night. Food is always delicious, never not liked anything I’ve ever ordered! They’ve got other outlets around KL but I’ve only ever been here and it’s always a good one! Fav things to order - tomato bruschetta, pumpkin soup and spicy olio
