★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd time having problem collecting items from this ezibox..it is not easy..it makes difficulties..i came n folo insruction and consignment number but appeared "BARANG TAK DAPAT DISEDIAKAN" what the hell???called post hotline not helpful and cant trace my items..POSLAJU pls improve your service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received message from POS laju ,with a locker password,that I have a parcel in this place ,use the password to withdraw your parcel, when I went there and inter password,the system says it's wrong password,oh my gosh,it was very hot there and nothing is covered for bad weather,I tried 4, 5 times and the results were same,it was totally lose to all the way drive there, and finally I received an other message from POS that ,we are sorry,it was mistakenly sent from system,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ezibox service is deteriorating! I have encountered their problem twice. They did not send the code/password to me. I was not instructed clearly either on the sorry note. In a recent incident, it was indicated on sorry note to pick up from ezibox or pos laju branch. As i did not receive ezibox notification, i thought the item was in pos laju branch. I only realised the item was in ezibox after checking on tracking sysyem again. (Lucky that I did not go all the way to pos laju branch yet) I called pos laju and was informed that item can only ve kept for 48 hours in the ezibox and i need to wait 24 hours before getting the code. That means the item will be removed frm ezibox by the time i get the code. It doesnt make sense to me as they are at fault for not informing customer within sufficient time frame and yet they cannot extend the parcel retention time for making up their mistake? I do not understand why the code takes 24 hours to generate and they cannot trace the code for me immediately. The system is faulty. I hope they should improve or else they should phase out this service. Please request the delivery man to call the receivers before simply dropping a sorry note. If give clear unreachable, please give clear instruction on sorry note too.
