β β β β β They are open from 8.30am onwards only, you can set up appointment with them before hand before going for service. Helpful staff, explain everything well... Good service

β β β β β Very poor customer service. Don't go here! I just want to buy a bottle of coolant but at first the customer service said they only have 4 litre coolant which i won't need that much but then when i agreed to buy..she mentioned the coolant is just for customer which means i need to go for service just to top-up my coolant? Suggested to go to Proton service at Nilai which is having the best customer service so far.

β β β β β The one and only service centre in Bangi for Proton Car.
Friendly service and near to where I lived.
Please expect long waiting time as this service centre is a bit small compare to others. Make an early appointment and be early. Normal service would take at least 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour.
Week days is preferable. Near a restaurant if you want to have something to eat while waiting.

β β β β β Made an appointment ahead of time as I had to drive 25 mins to the place. Upon arrival, was asked to come the next day cause they wanted to close early. If that's the case why the heck accept & confirm my appointment in the first place?? Price given was double the price I would have gotten it done in KL and they said they were out of engine oil for my car type so of course wanna substitute with something more expensive lol. I promptly left. 10/10 would NOT recommend anyone to come here ? ?
