★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre for Proton has friendly customer service. Queue line usually short especially Sunday afternoon, convenient if you can only afford to have weekend to service your car. Haven't tried to do warranty claim here yet though.

You still can go to other nearest service centre either in Kajang or somewhere else...
Service is ok. Please do make an appointment first unless your in an emergency.
Average time waiting for the service is 1-2 hours depend on the availability of their mechanics and amount of cars their servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No surau available here which I believe it is the must have thing in every waiting area. It is such a shame when I know the owner is also a Muslim but cannot provide a small room for his staff to solah. The toilet is also not really clean. There is no one invite you to have a drink and what not.
The service? I paid for rm1400+ to fix my car's problem. Waiting from 8.30am to 5pm just to fix the sound issue (like reverse sound) coming when I turn on the light and press on the brake. It is unreasonable when they said it is because of my brakepads are thin. I know that is the other issue, but I am not asking them about the brakepad which I knew how it sounds when it is related to brakepad. The worst thing is when they gave me back my car, the sound issue is still there. I have to go back and asked them to check it again. They should have checked it first and double confirmed the issue have been fixed before released my car to me at the first place!
I can give 1 star because the staff lend me the phone charger. That's all. Else, I might not give any star to this service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't even do alignment and balancing properly. After driving out, realise got problem and turn back to complain, but they claim that my rim got problem so cannot do alignment properly. No choice but Had to go to another shop and pay extra to fix the alignment issue. The other shop didn't even mention any problem about rim, but managed to do alignment properly.
Service slow.
Don't come here pls. This would be my first and last time coming here... You have been warned.
