★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not allowed to wear shorts, short skirt, or slipper, please beware of it. Also, if u prefer to go on saturday pls be early; my overall walk in experience is good, process time is acceptable, around an hour to claim back my parcel, pay 10% tax for it, and rm10+ for processing fee, 5 stars for walk in and for office open on saturday.
However if i could rate, i will only rate 1 star for online customer service, not just the phone number can't be reached, also email n website chatbot not replying message... cs team definitely need to be improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, adequate signage on how to go through the processes. Got in and out in less than 45 minutes.
"Free" parking available opposite the building (outside the FTZ) for easy access if your package isn't too bulky/heavy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you remember LCCT airport, it's basically around that area. Staffs in here are friendly. Being first time here, I was worried with the documents needed but they helped me doing the process easily. As long you have the tracking number and invoice, you're good to go. Just prepare for your 30% - 50% of your money depends on how much you purchased for the item you bought. Overall, good experience but I have to use my own transportation because of expensive ride with Grab. You can use their agent service but it's not recommended if you live nearby.

1. Invoice of item & proof of payment of item
2. Tracking page print with tracking number
3. I/C scan print (If you are picking up for someone)
4. I/C card
1. Drove from Damansara Jaya to Pos Malaysia International Hub, 1 roadblock (location in picture) on the way just tell police you are heading to custom with your tracking page print
2. Park infront Tune Hotels and walk across the bridge, huge prking space
3. Check in at the guard post upon entrance and fill up green form with your details (incl tracking number) (I/c required)
4. Enter counter 1 for item collection (tracking number and I/C or scan of item receiver required) -> counter 2 item assessment and tax (invoice of item / proof of payment required) -> counter 3 pay for tax (ONLY cash required)
5. Walk out with your green form and item, return your green form at guard post when exitting
6. Done!
Whole process was smooth and took around 15 minutes! My item was stuck at the custom for 2 weeks and the email provided had no response. Hope this was helpful for anyone that have items stuck at Malaysia custom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly speaking, the package pick up was smooth and easy going, the only hassle thing is that you need to carry your packages from counter to counter. But overall great service they gave especially customs team, where the officers are very friendly and helpful.
If you have a parcel that is stuck with customs, just go here to pick up and pay tax for your parcel. No need to email to Pos Malaysia where I still haven't get any response from them since last week.
Keep in mind you need to pay cash only to take your parcel.

My items was held by custom for 2 weeks, no matter how many times I called, nobody pick up the calls, and how many times I chat with live chat, and emailed my invoices, there’s only wait and wait and wait. And I’m not allow to go to collect my items directly due to pandemic.
Until I read some comments from Google search, there’s people just went directly and got their detained items back in short time, so I decided to give it a try.
No disappointment, I followed google search instructions, parked my car next to tune hotel, cross the pedestrian bridge, once reached the guard house, the guard smiling at me asked me what can they help, then told me how to fill up the green form, and bring the green form to counter one and show the staff, then they let me signed another paper, and directed me to a place which just right next to the lobby where I came in, from there a pressed the bell, showed the papers and wait for a while, then I back to counter 1 again. After that, I’ve directed to counter two,which is custom department, from counter two I showed those papers, then officers at counter two asked me to go and get my items just at the corner, and bring to counter two, open it and show them.
After that I have to go to counter three to get some others papers, and back to counter two, collected my tax invoice and paid at counter 3 again. After done, back to counter 2 to show officers my tax receipt and it’s done! And when I told officer that my items are heavy, they are very kind to tell me that there’s a foreign worker at the lobby always willing to help people to carry their parcels into car. So I got the foreigner helped me.
Sound complicated but actually not, all those counters are just close by and very fast actions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time being here. I took waze to get here and took me to another place. Aiyo yo. Then got ppl to point the right direction and took me awhile to figure out the parking area and you have to walk over a sky bridge to get to the Pos Office. No guidelines or whatsoever. Went in without ppl asking and reached the counter and the officer said I need to go back to security guard house to obtain a green paper. Overall a mini marathon coz you have to walk to a few departments to get my stuff cleared. Luckily the staff here is friendly. And thats a plus point.
