★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manicurist did a fantastic job on my French Manicure! ?? Absolutely loved it! Staffs were very quick in doing their job, very polite, and gave tips on how to take care of your nails. Worth every penny and definitely would recommend it to everyone ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first visit due to the good reviews. I must say I’m really happy that I came here for my mani & pedi. I would recommend Kate!! She’s quick and did an awesome job!! Maybe it might be a little pricy but I don’t mind paying for such good service and satisfaction with the end results. I’ve been to a couple of nail salons which was just all right .
Overall, I would give it 10/10. Keep it up guys!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get a gel mani pedi here cos they use really good quality products and they're not stingy on putting on more layers for you.
I'm actually quite rough with my hands cos of my line of work and I've been to other salons (that charge less) but the colour always chip off.
I feel like with the price you pay, it's definitely worth your money. I always do designs and they usually replicate it from a photo I show very accurately.
The place is super clean and they sanitise you like crazy when you get there.
Also, the service and after sales care is great.
Parking is not too bad because it's on the quieter side of TTDI.
Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience- felt discriminated. Made an appointment (first ever visit) - read great reviews. Was slightly early, and was asked to wait for next available chair. Then 2 ladies came in for their appointment. It was a party of 3 - 1 hadn’t arrived. So they sat me down in a chair. Then the 3rd party of 3 arrived and kept pointing at me in my chair coz there are 2 other empty chairs next to me. After loudly saying that they wanted my seat for them to seat together. Then staff asked me to seat at manicure chair. Then started on the party of 3. I sat quietly for 20 mins and decided to leave coz obviously my money is not welcome in this place. So, thank you for an awful time at your place! Don’t worry I’ll take mine & all my friend’s business elsewhere!

I have to say though, in terms of quality of the hard gel, I’m really not sure if it’s supposed to be like that. For an additional RM155 top up on gel and additional RM60 for cat eye gel polish, it is definitely not as hardy as other hard gel I’ve experienced in other places.
I asked about their hard gel process and they assured me that adding a blob of hard gel builder is old school (that’s what I’ve experienced in other salons), and they use a newer way… of applying another coat from a different bottle. Well my nails definitely didn’t feel hardy when I left the salon.
Now, 1+ week in, I’m upset that my hard gel nail chipped off. Worst thing, the nail chipped right before CNY. Sigh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place to be pampered ! I appreciated that the girls made extra effort to provide personalised yet highly professional services . They sanitized the person before accepting the guest . Whatsapp reminder was sent prior to appointment. Service was done without much small talk allowing for me to close my eyes and catch a quick nap while waiting for my nails to dry . Also, I love that the services - filing, scrubbing - was done gently vs rushing to get the work done. Good quality nail polish used . Price is fair, comparable to other nail spas. The place, lights, seats, sound and cushions all feels very welcoming. There are also extra plug points close to the chairs which can be used to charge phones .
