β β β β β Came across postco bags when someone passed me a flyer about them with a promo code. I decided to use them as my Airbnb checked me out early and had no where to store my luggage till my flight. Good service overall, I like how they give you tags. Feels more secure this way compared to others.

β β β β β Used the PostCo bags at Kitez Hotel while being for one day in KL. Realy convienient service and quite affordable, although I wasn't quite sure how it works at first (that booking is required). Good value in comparsion to more expensive service on the airport.

The excellent part is, you may get SMS notification upon receiving your parcels from any collection center. Definitely a time-saver for busy man like me.
PostCo indeed my antidote for my anxiety and worries. It helps me to avoid unforeseen issues on collecting my parcels.
Also would like to thanks to their staffs! They are friendly and prompt-reply with all my queries. Well done PostCo! Highly recommended and it is a 5 stars services!!

β β β β β This service can be seen as a necessity for those who are unable to match with the working hour of the delivery company in order to pick their stuff up outside of office hour. Great and responsive UI of the system on mobile apps as well as on website in which it provides very simple procedures to book the service. The pricing is very affordable especially when we're looking into the bulk purchase option. The customer service that is supporting this service is very contactable and very helpful as well. For future enhancement, probably it can collaborate with Grab or let the store to accommodate extra service with a certain charge to help deliver the item at a requested time from their stores to the customer's door step.

β β β β β I have been using PostCo's services for at least 2 years now and I absolutely love it. I cannot imagine doing any online shopping without it as it allows me to send my parcels to the mall 5 minutes away from my house. This absolutely eliminates the possibility that the postman may miss somebody to deliver to. I just pick it up anytime the mall is open and it is super convenient. This way I have 0 worry about missing my parcels as missing parcels would mean that I'll have to go to the post office to pick it up. I work office hours and the post office mostly open office hours as well, so there is never a time to do pick-ups like that. At such affordable prices (RM10 per month), I really highly recommend using PostCo.

β β β β β A very convenient and useful service for those who are not around at home to receive parcels. PostCo gives me peace of mind knowing my parcels will be delivered to a safe delivery point. The app is cool and easy to use when collecting the items. Thumbs up!

β β β β β PostCo deserves to receive 5 stars from me. Found out about it after searching in web for any service that offers parcel collection. Very convenient for me who works out of town most of the time and rarely at home to receive parcels. Now I can collect my parcels easily anytime with PostCo agent looking after them. The agent is also helpful by updating me whenever my parcel has arrived.
Though I do hope that PostCo have online banking FPX system for customer to buy credits. The money transfer is okay, but FPX system is quicker in my opinion. Overall, I'm satisfied with PostCo service.

β β β β β Do not recommend using this poor service courier company. My parcel was stuck in the drop off point for almost two weeks and still hasnβt been picked up. First, I was told the parcel had been picked up then after that they told me the parcel is still at the drop off point. Thereβs no any update in the system and I don know where my parcel is now . Super lousy service!
