★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good. Staff are courteous but they go by the book. No more cham siong. When pick up the rented vehicle, must make sure all scratches, dents are taken down to avoid disputes when returning the car. Otherwise will have to pay for repairs. Even if the scratches or dents are not caused by the driver but by flying debris, sands and stones when following behind heavy vehicles, the repair to damage as a result, will still have to borne by the hirer. Make sure all four tyres are visually properly inflated. If one or two tyres are not at the correct pressure, get the staff to inflate the tyres. Also check the booth to make sure the spare tyre is inside and properly inflated. Also check that the jacking tools are together with the spare tyre. Also make sure there are no foreign bundles or objects which you don't expect to be in the vehicle. If there are, get the staff to remove them from the car. Otherwise, it could ends up a lousy and inconvenient experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sharing on bad experiences with PARC. Long story short,pre rental process - photo taking of car to ensure no defects
When received the car there were plenty of scratches seen on each side of the car and were documented down.
Seems no issues with the front and back of the car.
Upon returned the car the staff swiftly checked the body and straight away zoomed onto the bumper and said there's a new scratch , and concluded it happened when I parked the car and hit it
The car will need a touch up (re spray) @workshop
Ironic .. bro how can you come up with this statement that I ve hit it during parking
When I try to explained that the scratch were not caused by me and probably by flying debris like sands or stones which not possible for me to avoid on a high way. .his answers was the hirer still need to bear the costs
OK.. After much talking and he still stand by need a re spray of that area.. I agreed to pay.
Dude what about the other scratches .. Why didn't u gv me a brand new spray coating.
Now the best part....
He code me Rm130 from the original cost Rm150. Said he bargained hard with the workshop for Rm130
I then asked for a receipt and he was hesitant . Repeated that I have to wait for workshop finish repair then will send me.
He came out with lots of excuses on inconveniency if deduct my deposits.
Guys my advised to you all.. Make sure all dented and scratches are taken down and also pay more attention to areas recorded as OK or good..take photos.. Cause they know what reasons to catch u for extra $$$. Seriously doubting Parc. .
I have seen all good reviews.. I guess I'm unlucky to experience lousy and 'cheated' experience.
Will be waiting for PARC to touch base with me regarding this matter
And one more thing should PARC tells you their online system down and gotta manually write down all paper work , pls check the details . To quiry them if sees ur credit card particular and CCV written down...
My wife credit card number with ccv has been stolen the very next day after we used the card for car rental purposes... We have reported to the bank and undergoing investigation.
I believe this one we can have a desirable outcome as we knew exactly the locations we uses the card..
