When a booking with a rival company did not eventuate, Fitri ensured that we could hire a car from her company so that we could continue our holiday in Malaysia. As our visit came to an end, Rashid showed that other Hertz employees also value their customers. Without asking for assistance he recognised our situation and insisted that he would transfer us and our luggage to the central bus terminal so that we could continue our journey to Singapore.
