★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional. Booking was cancelled 1 day before the trip due to a shortage of car and manpower. I made my booking more than a month ago so I don’t understand how can this even happen.
Their only reason given was for me to be thankful it wasn’t a no show and that I did not travel down to collect the car for nothing.
Definitely don’t recommend them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had in march 2022 paid full sum for car rental during the raya weekend in JB. Suddenly today i received wahdah email cancellation of my car rental the day before my flight. This is such terrible service as now i am stuck without a car and none is available at the last minute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good first experience renting a car from Wahdah JB for my roadtrip. The website was easy to navigate and do the booking. Live chat support was very prompt in replying my queries. Hasan from JB Wahdah Hub was very friendly and professional when handing the car over. Car looks very new and clean in the interior as well. When I returned the car back to the hub, Hasan even volunteered to drive and drop me off at JB sentral so that I can easily return to Singapore via the causeway. As I'm planning for my second road trip, he also advise me which car to rent depending on where I was heading to. Great experience overall, highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I travel regularly all over the world and have used many car hire firms. I must say Wahdah beats them all for ease of booking, prompt delivery, pick up and flexible in accommodating changes to booking. What a pleasant surprise to meet the CEO Mr Anwar when dropping off the car at KLIA. He helped to unload my luggage - I don’t know of many CEOs with such humility!
I will continue using this M’sian company as I have done in the last few years. Thanks for a superb service.
