★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to pick up my laundry, but no one at the counter. Kept calling, a worker came out looking for the girl who supposed to be at the counter. She came out of nowhere, and attend the customer came later than me. The customer came later got his stuff first. Then i asked what took you so long, the girl didnt even apologise. Long story short, i came home and i think one of my comforter hasnt even washed. Coz it no soap smell. Whc make me think, could it be the reason it took forever for me to received my laundry at the shop. I gave 2 star, but then chged my mind. U deserve only a star. This happened today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people lie they don't provide dry cleaning. They wash your items in the big tumble dryer at the front.I gave them two items a hand made carpet and a handmade bedcover. I asked three times the receptionist at the counter if they knew how to wash these type of items . They said yes. The bed cover was riped out , shrunk and had three stains of. Chemical products when I got it back, the carpet :the colour had run and had two blue stains that were not there before. It is cheap but as the adage go : you pay peanuts and you get monkey work. They were also extremely unprofessional in their handling of my complaint, they did not apologise they offered no compensation,not even a sorry, I got a never mind,and my eyes to cry for memoribila items that I had for 15 years.I can't warn people enough against that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find the shop but parking is an issue especially during peak hours . Most customers would just double park outside the shop and quickly pick up their clothes . Service is fast - from the time you show your receipt to the time the clothes are hung on the collection rack . Various e-wallets available here . Price is reasonable given the Desa Sri Hartamas premium location
