★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good which about 10 minutes away from Woodlands immigration checkpoint to Singapore which is our day tripping destination. Value for money for 3star hotel. The room was quite acceptable but not the bathroom. Those who planning to go to singapore for a night life this hotel would be convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good value, although the lady at reception "forgot" some of the taxes that she later had me pay. Rooms are clean and good aircon. Shower was warm but not hot. Great location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I then quickly went to the Grand Bluewave next door, and the experience was like between heaven and hell. The hotel has a really cool modern feel. Hotel room very clean and comforteble. Its team is really professional with a smiling kindness. The response from the ***ager has been excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, efficient to service. However, room lacks a lot of basic amenities like shampoo and hair dryer (which you need to request for at the reception). Swimming pool and car park are both hard to access due to being opposite the main hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the hotel is cozy and most amenities are available... Imagine a shared iron with ironing board... So family oriented it's suitable for families to come for holiday. But for work or business trip it might be a concern as the wifi is not strong and I had to reboot the router myself once in awhile.. ( pretty sure most will find this a problem)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time stay in JOHOR. High expectations but end up with disappointment stay in this hotel. There’s another building behind for hotel guest but it’s very lousy and unsafe for the car. Lobby looks fine. Cleanliness and sounds reduction of the room to be improved. Bed sheets dirty. Not worth for the price of standard double. Not recommended. We won’t be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are all very nice, pleasant, hardworking, disciplined and professional. Rooms are ok except some TVs and air-cons need upgrading and some air-con remote controls are missing the battery cover. The mattresses and pillows are seasoned, but soft and comfortable. The toilets are well-cleaned and the water-heaters are working excellently. The walls may need some new paint job and some nicer pictures on the wall. Windows need regular cleaning as well. The complimentary breakfast are acceptable but it would be wonderful if you could cater more types of food with more quantity and more delicious food such as nice pastries and cakes. In conclusion, we are happy with your hotel, and your hotel is the type me and my family will come back around once a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nearly perfect budget stay. I like it all about this hotel. Clean and cozy room. I like the breakfast so much. The nasi goreng was so delicious. All the staff was also full of smile. Maybe 2 things they need to upgrade:- 1) room service (sent food to room) 2) the external parking lot looks scary. Other that that its all perfect. Definitely recommended and will come again
