★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We as guests don’t deserved to be treated and blamed for the shortcomings of this hotel, one staff(lady) and manager is the worst! The way they treat guests and treat guests is the worst! We won’t ever stay in this hotel ever again, we also strongly other guests to go and check in elsewhere! These two as I mentioned only know only to act and blame guests and be busybodies. They even have one regular guest who spies and let them know everything too. We are not stupid! Unless the manager is removed and the staff too! We won ever come back! This hotel should not even be a 3 star, it’s worst than a budget hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full of bed bugs and shortcomings, luckily didn’t stay long! I did mentioned to a staff who seems to be disinterested, I remembered correctly, was a lady staff, bad attitude, still too busy using her phone and the look on her face, not bothered. I bet the manager is too busy sleeping and too relax to do anything, better to bring my money elsewhere than stay in this rut! I thought the previous managers or management is worst, this is far much more worst! This hotel is rubbish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the room had no window and the overall ambiance of the place is seedy and old/needs remodeling and more open air. the room also had a locked door that we didn't know what it opened to, it made us think that someone else can have access to our room and we had to leave our valuables inside the safe even for just quickly going out. the hotel is close to the mall though so thats handy. the breakfast buffet was okay, not that great but will do. we only booked one night and glad to move to an airbnb with much better views and amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conditions and even the manager and a certain staff mentality and attitude every bad. no wonder other guests and even my friends check in elsewhere. Manager and staff, happily tell me to were something good about this stupid hotel! Luckily I never did it! Terrible place to stay! When I give remarks or even a feedback ! It just goes into the rubbish bin! I will tell my own family members next time not to ever stay in this stupid hotel! Luckily I didn’t stay long here. Yuck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location as it's located right beside the City Square Mall. The room is basic, clean, priced reasonably but it's zero sound proof at all. Ppl walking at the corridor, chatting, doors closing etc. are heard crisply. Nevertheless, the staff were very friendly and helpful. 5 stars to the staff.

The facilities are basic but sufficient and good enough for holiday. if you are light sleeper, the acoustic performance might not be most ideal but I'm fine with it. Most importantly, the room rate is totally affordable! Overall a pleasant stay!
Must visit the pasar karat and a few of eateries/cafes nearby!
