★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COST. AVOID AT ALL COST. THAT IS THE ONLY THING TO SAY ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP. THEY WILL ONLY BE INTSERESTED TO CHANGE & PUSH YOU TO CHANGE YOUR COMPRESSOR AND OTHER PARTS. THEY WILL CHECK THINGS HERE AND THERE AND EXPLAINS SOMETHING TO YOU THEN TELL YOU TO CHANGE THE PARTS WITH SOME PROMO PACKAGE WHICH HAS COST ME ABOUT RM5K TO THE PROBLEM THAT WAS NOT SOLVED LATER. THE TECHNICIAN EXPLAINED THAT COMPRESSOR AND CONDENSOR TO BE CHANGED BUT AFTER ALL ARE DONE , THE PROBLEM ARE STILL THE SAME. FEW DAYS LATER I COME BACK TO THE WORKSHOP WITH OTHER TECHINICIAN CHECKING MY CAR AND PERFORM THE SAME CHECK THEN SAID MY ENGINE HAVE ISSUE. THEN TELL ME OFF TO GO TO OTHER WORKSHOP. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE SKILLS FOR TROUBLESHOOTING. ONLY SKILLS FOR PUSHING PEOPLE TO CHANGE PARTS. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

3) cozy waiting area
Cons
1) don't have proper queue system.
2) came as 1st customer, they serve my car as last customer due to not waiting in the premises. Requires me 9 hours to complete their job.
3) dont have enough stocks for spare part. If unlucky, need to wait longer times for them to buy parts outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service.. I have a problem from previous visit at a different Azbi branch in Batu Caves. Since it is quite urgent and I happen to be at Shah Alam, I went to this centre and they quickly rectify it free of charge. In general Azbi centres are highly recommended for car aircond services with reasonable price. They will only change parts that really required and will advise you properly. Unlike any other workshop - any problem with aircond they will always say 'need to change compressor' :(

Sent my car because the aircond was not cold. Received the car with loose and rattling dashboard. Blower with sound. Broken handbrake cover. Detached wall panel. And the aircond still not cold. Was charged RM600 to replace the cooling coil.
Was promised to collect the car back next day morning, instead can only be collected at night 8pm!
Now is already 23 August 2019 and they still do not have the replacement for the broken handbrake cover.
Siapa yang ada masalah aircond, tak payah fikir Melayu nak tolong Melayu. Makin banyak masalah hantar dekat diorang ni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended at all... service by the staff was really bad,expensive and wasting money. for those who are really looking for Aircon specialist is better go to Abang J Specialist at padang jawa Shah alam... They are far more better than this place in term of service and cost..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service. But I was curious d originality of compressor. D new one quite noise than d old one. After 3yrs, magnet problem. Total cost all in almost 3k. Did it during 2017. Now maybe ok but carefull.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst workshop ever. I had my aircond service that cost rm550. After the service they told me that my parts are still running well. During the fitment, one of the hose cant fit on the compressor and they ask me to replace the compressor with the cost 1.3k. After 2 week, my aircond system still not running well and ask me to replace condenser without knowing the root caused. How ridiculous you are? If you dont have the expertise, dont do business.
