She did not provide solution on my problem and replied with: yang ni salah you bukan salah I.... wonderful service from Hong Leong Bank Bandar Puteri Puchong branch.

โ โ โ โ โ Do make sure all systems and all PCs are ok, proper opened and useable before operated. To put notice at entrance if there is system down, so that customer don't waste time to que up. We don't come to the bank without urgent needs and we don't que up if the transaction can be done online or via machine.

โ โ โ โ โ The service is very slow and unprofessional front desk. I has to wait for 2hrs and 35mn just to ask for information. There are 7 counters ,but there were only 3 staffs were working . The manager should look in to this matter.

Normally other branch/bank takes around 1 week. Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst bank ever. Online account said debit card available for renewal. Walk in the branches, only 2 banker working. It's ok. Waited for almost 1 hours, the banker only tell me my debit card still not expired, cannot renew. If want renew have to pay extra charges. Or else, wait until last month before the card expired only come. Cannot do early renewal. It's ok also. Can renew online, but if received card, still have to walk in branch to do activation.
Total wasting time of customer. Should've declared on website that bank do not allow early renewal in walk in branches. Only can renew one month before expired and MUST walk in branch also for activation.
