Please check your operating hours on this site.. Never closed at 4pm.. It is 3pm. Misleading. And yet, many ppl queuing outside your bank.. But the working manner inside take times... Ini macam tak boleh.. All aunties leg pains... Very torturing..not considering.

The staff is rude, does not explain clearly, speaks loudly when asked, has no patience, like owes her money

Disgusting , insanely petite lady sitting outside ATM appealed and begged for monetary help . To certain extent , many were turned off by her profane remarks . PBB , you have many’s approbation by doing something to eradicate it .

Super bad experience. Went there to open a BASIC SAVING ACCOUNT today but ended up getting a Public UNION PAY account. I went back to the bank to close the account when I realised both of them are totally different account. The staff blamed me for not telling her in the first place and threatened me to watch cctv (which i am not afraid of). In fact, I did question her before making initial deposit when I noticed the amount was wrong because to open a basic saving account you will only need RM 20 initial deposit but for she asked for RM 260. When i told her recently my sister just opened the same account (BASIC SAVING account) and only need RM 20 initial deposit and she replied me why dont you go to the branch that she went. Since the lady insisted the money will get into my account I thought different branches different way of handling. So i paid RM260. Only after that i realised it wasn't the account i wanted to open. Dishonest and not trustworthy staff. No apologies and wasted my time.

Perpetually long queue outside the bank, even before the operating hours. Anyway, the system is super lousy. My housing loan was financed by public bank and I bought the house during the lock down covid period so only able to update/apply necessary accounts this April (2022) cos i was in SG. I am a Malaysian, holding msia passport and IC. The ridiculous part of all this hassle is... I had to go down 3 different times to get it done. First time, go down just to APPLY for account opening then was being told that I need to wait for HQ to get approval (need another week of confirmation). Finally, gotten approval from HQ, need to go down 2nd time to officially open the account, get the debit card, do online banking. Then I thought since everything was alr in the system, including the housing loan that I am financing under PB... I thought I could just login to my online banking and link the loan or it will automatically be linked and show up on my online banking account. Guess what??? NEED TO GO DOWN THE 3RD TIME JUST TO DO THE LINKING OF THE LOAN TO MY ACCOUNT. Imagine if you don't have a banker and have to go thru all these troubles by yourself, everyday gotta join the super long queue outside just to get 1 thing done. Really damn lousy the whole system. Everything is moving towards online banking to save time and trip down to the physical bank but PB really speaks otherwise. Really damn illogical. It's not that I chose to finance under PB but at the time of purchase, the developer only worked w 2 banks for housing loan.

Poor banking system. Must go back to the branch that you open your account with in order to just update my passport number. Travelled between 2 branches, wasted 2hrs and still my problem cannot be resolved! Updating of particulars still from the 80s.... everything still being done manually. No wonder there is always a huge crowd outside the bank, not to mention we are still living with COVID.... Should enable the passport number to be updated online. Come on, this is 2022!!! However, spoke to a good and understanding officer in charge of Indian descent, who explained to me about the system and its limitations.
