★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop has a range of clothing, many not appropriate for the local climate. Beware of the promotions: for example, if you see a rack of shirts with big numbers 99.90, later you will have a shock at the cashier because you didn’t see the very small letters “from”. Some people will feel embarrassed to decline. This is a deceiving commercial trick that I didn’t like, hence my rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went shopping at Pull & Bear, One Utama Shopping Centre today. I took a nice cloth and head to the fitting room. There was no staff standing at fitting room but I saw a table at the entry and signs written "one person limit", "some fitting room are closed to ensure social distancing" on the wall. There were three fitting rooms in a row, the middle fitting room had a cross sticker on it, and I thought the others can be used. Hence, I entered the fitting room to change. Almost finish changing, their staff shouted at me from outside, "Hello, no changing, now is MCO!" I apologized and came out quickly. While leaving the store, I saw a staff standing at the entrance of Pull & Bear, I approached him and said, "Cannot use the fitting room right? If cannot use, please write a signboard stated no entry or do not enter or cannot use fitting room, something like that. Some customers don't know." He said "Hello, we put a table at the entrance of fitting room. Fikir logically, sekarang MCO, you ada tengok berita tak?" Then, I started argue with him but the staff acted unprofessional, kept mentioning that he already put a table there which means the fitting room is closed. From the perspective of a customer, some of the customers do not know the fitting room was not allow to enter based on a table blocking there and without any "NO ENTRY" sign, and "One person limit" sign still hanging on the wall somemore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, i am a regular customer here and this is my very first time a staff did this to me. So, there is no staff at the entrance. My sister and i already waited there for around 5-10 minutes. So, we just scanned the mysejahtera and go into the the store assuming we can go in as there is no barrier or sign saying we cannot go inside the store. But, after awhile browsing for clothes, a staff approach us and rudely questioned whether we already took the second vaccination or not. I already took the second vaccination but my sister haven't yet. So, she rudely said we cannot entered the store when we already inside the store for quite a time. This is so rude and unacceptable. I know we are in pandemic situation and everyone is stress. But, would more appreciate if they can say to us politely and would be better if there is a staff at the entrance to guide customers that walk in store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honestly the workers there are so rude and unfriendly especially this one malay guy that kept on following my wife till she felt really uncomfortable and he even gave her glare in a bad way. She didnt need any assistance as she needed her own personal space to shop peacefully but this one freaking guy kept on following her i dont even know for what reason it really irritates me. When i came to the store and survey my own clothes and i found a shirt that was rm39.90 and suddenly he just randomly went up to me and took one of the clothes that i was holding and when i asked why? he just mumbled saying the barcode cant be scanned then he took my clothes out of nowhere when he came back he didnt say anything at all??? no explanation but suddenly the price for that shirt went up to rm90+
stupid bro, try to communicate with ur costumers better, please i hope actions will be taken , will i ever shop at this pull and bear branch again? absolutely not i do hope u hire proper and friendly workers thanks .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think the reviews below necessarily reflect the everyday normal experience at Pull & Bear. I've been here a few times and although the service isn't absolutely stellar, it's not hopelessly terrible either. I'd just say it's very mediocre. Clothing wise it's ok and the prices are on par with other players in this range. The only stupid thing is that they can't add your 1 utama points in store, you have to go do it at a kiosk outside the store - which is stupid and troublesome AF
