Environment - normal
Space are just average.
I stayed in top floor
+ve - very good night view
-ve - very very very hot room temperature inside the unit as a result of poor heat proof on the wall and rooftop. Switch on air corn but it doesn't help much until midnight!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn’t even deserved any star at all. Supposed to collect key today, when arrived, the security guard started yelling at me, and not even asking me properly, was very very rude. Also management staff had no manners at all. Things are very simple, but they are making it so complicated and also repeatedly yelling at me. Not good in explaining , bad communication and bad services. We are not even moving in yet, but they already show the attitude to us. However, the owner of the house is really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consider not bad living up to its price, RM380k+ subsale market price for corner unit during pandemic 2021, leasehold but with its facilities (pool with gym), view of the city and lobby consider worth it. Bad security can change but there is one thing cannot change which is the building structure and the view.
