★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic location of residential area located not far away from major access to all direction of Penang Island.
It is located near to Jambatan Pulau Pinang (1st bridge).
Low density, moderate level condo with basic amenities e.g. guest car park, car washing bay, swimming pool, barbeque area and gym room.
Each unit comes with two car parks.
All entrance must be accessed with residential scan card.
Some negative comments about this location will be the access road to the entrance area is very narrow and it is not directed connected to the exit of the car park. It means, if you drive out from your car park (residential), you will need to drive at some distance before you can enter again to the car park.
The balcony is narrow too and hardly to hang clothings after washing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a typical Malaysian condo. It is relatively clean and well kept and the place is preety save with a security guard and the need to tap access card when driving in. You will also need to register at the guard house when you are entering if you are a guest.
