Each floor has 5 units served with 4 lifts, it has infinity swimming pool, sauna, gym, study room, kids play room, garden, children playground and mgmt office at fifth floor. only a stone's throw away to places and amenities like university science malaysian, E-gate commercial center, Tesco hypermarket, Sg Dua Tesco extra, queensbay mall, chinese; indian, malay primary and secondary schools, george town city center, hospitals and government department. it is located in the heart of penang island. The seaview unit is 1600sqft, hill view 1400 sqft..the view is fanstatic.
