★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condo has nice facilities but like many other condos elsewhere, it suffers from limited parking space. Location is stuck in one corner of Glugor hill so access roads are very narrow. Certainly not prime location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is for the Oasis management staff especially the uncle who wears spectacles! Do you think you own the whole condominium? You are just a staff that are hired to manage this place. There is no need to show us your arrogant attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This condominium offers a great facilities, there is no doubt on that, but there are several issues which could be improved:
1. Limited parking space especially during this pandemic season. Visitors are strictly not allowed to park inside near the lobby despite of emergency visits,etc.
2. Visitor registration could be more efficient and people friendly. The management could utilize JagaApp for much faster and efficient check-ins which is less time consuming as well.
3. The head security guard treats you as though as you're homeless and doesn't show respect or treat visitors in a very good manner compared to the rest of the security guards who are much more friendly and helpful.
??? 3 stars for current rating. Rating might go down more if the issues mentioned are not well taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good view from the residence. All facilities are provided such as gymnasium, swimming pool, vending machine, shop lots and most important 24/7 have good security service. It near to Georgetown, Tanjung Bungah and Bayan Baru.
