★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Didn't call the receipent if there is no one to receive. And when we spend money and went to collect the item around 5pm they said the store already closed so item must be collected on Monday but then office hours is till 6pm. Then what is the point we spend money from Johor to perak to send the things? I called the office they don't even want to answer. The worse service ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only once,they picked up my call,requesting for redelivery of my item.Up until now,its already a week,i dont know wether its its working or not.POSLAJU SHOULD STOP THE SERVICE OF THIS PLACE IF IT CANNOT EVEN DO A GODDAMM EASY WORK,SUCH AS ATTENDING TO THE CUSTOMERS AND REDELIVER THE ITEM TO THE CUSTOMER.This is just my personal opinion as this is wasting my time yappin round like idiot on mails and calls to this office.Thanknyou

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Already called many times & none is picking up ! Already request to pickup by own , waited for so long but no responds & telling the item is out. Always appear item out for delivery but until now haven't receive it . Very2 poor service.

I call hotline nobody pickup, i call sitiwan branch nobody pickup!! my parcel pending since 12/6 until now not moving at all!!!Poslaju this will be first and last for using your service! PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE OTHERS YOU WILL LOST MANY CUSTOMER!!!!BTR DELIVER MY PARCEL ASAP BFORE I TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION ON UR BRANCH !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel arrived 10 days ago, but no one delivered it to the address. If so, you should tell the service user to pick it up at the office. It's a very bad service. Fortunately, my parcel was not food.
