★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Puspakom twice for inspection of the same vehicle. It was my inaugural visit to a Puspakom centre. On both occasions the queue was long, with at least an hour wait before getting the vehicle inspected. There is much room for improvement, though, especially for vehicles coming in for a second inspection due to an earlier failure. Perhaps, Puspakom could introduce a shorter wait time, as a performance target, as a means towards improving services. There is orderliness and the inspection area was tidy and clean. I was impressed by the white uniformed security guard, who was vigilant, attentive, and showed willingness to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was pretty much expected service. You started by queueing outside the premises before it open for business. Then, scan your booking confirmation and submit your signed form. Counter we give you number and within an hour, it will be completed depending the services you require. Costs only
RM35.50 instead of RM250 to runner for transfer ownership

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit confused what to do. It was good that the other more familiar customers help me along. But the service didn't take too long. Overall waited 10min to submit my documents. Another 20min for my car to be called, and 30min for my car to be checked. And 10min for the results
