β β β β β Worst mamak I have been to ever. Truly disappointed and never coming again.
Went during my lunch break to have lunch there. I ordered fried rice and checked with the waitress how long will it take since Iβm rushing with lunch break. She told me it will take 10 minutes. So I waited.
20 minutes later, 2 other people who came after me who also ordered fried item like mee goreng got their food before me. When I went to enquire, they told me the person in charge of cooking fried rice is still on the way to the restaurant.
I was so angry on how they couldnβt have told me that earlier despite I told them Iβm rushing, if I knew I would have ordered something else. It was waste of my time and at the end of it, I couldnβt have my lunch because my break ended and I wasted 25 minutes waiting for nothing. Never experienced this kind of service anywhere else. Never coming here again.

β β β β β I used to like this restaurant quick service and friendly staff. But things have changed to worse. I ordered putu mayam which took them 30 minutes to prepare and once I got my food there was only sugar.. the shaved coconut supposed to be the main ingredient was missing. The answer I got from them was they ran out of the ingredient. There was no sorry or any replacement for it. What a disaster would not come back again.

β β β β β Decent, clean mamak. They have an indoor air conditioned eating area, pretty cooling and comfortable. Be warned, they will play an instrumental Titanic song on loop. Accepts e-payment.

Ordered foods to take away. It was supposed to be handed over in 10 minutes. Upon checking with the staff after 20 minutes, the reply was "WHAT HAVE YOU ORDERED?".
Finally, food was ready after 45 minutes and handed over.
The worst part is that I received only half of my ordered food. On top, the Dosas were half cooked (result of last minute effort).Totally shocked to see the amount of onion in "Onion Dosa". Attaching photographs for better visibility.
Staff at counter are good for nothing.
Note to the restaurant management: Train your staff PROPERLY to serve your customers WISELY.

β β β β β Service was quite poor, food came in so late, with one after the other gap so long, one finish eat, then other meal come. And the last meal didnt show up till we had to call many times. And when it came , it was the wrong food. Again waited for so long, almost gave up. I understand crowd was 60% full but poor service was very unpleasant experience here.

β β β β β Nice cozy indoor dining area. Mixed rice quite good, so is the fried mee and the best was ice lemon tea. Love the Q-chicken special, SEDAPPPP. Services quite speedy.
