★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service.Sent my dog for grooming but shop workers did not specify what time grooming session starts and I waited almost 2 hours + and my dog still was not groomed and one of the worker was quite rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty decent selection of food options for cats and dogs. Not the most comprehensive selection of goods for fish or smaller, exotic animals, but that's understandable. On normal days, parking is a chore to find though. Call the shop and if they are free, you can ask them to deliver your regular purchase to your car when you pull up outside temporarily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard from a friend that their friend’s dog died as a result of physical abuse from this place. Apparently the owner was away and when the PA went to pick the dog up, the poor thing couldn’t even stand up. When confronted, the staff denied everything vehemently. The dog was taken to the vet, diagnosed with blunt force trauma and died 5 days after. When confronted again, the response was “oh I guess the dog fell of the table”, which is probably not the case. People like this honestly deserve to face a jail sentence.

After reading the reviews from others, neglect and abuse from this establishment appears frighteningly common.
Please, until an official review is done, do not come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The younger male who is always behind the counter is unhelpful, shifty, rude and belligerent. Has to sign up for a basic course in customer relations. If he is an employee, the owners should seriously consider finding a replacement. If he is one of the owners, I can understand all the negative comments on the internet about this establishment.
In response to his saying that I should ask to speak to him when I ring and not to his staff when I call, I asked him whether he is Peter or Jeff so I will know who to ask for. To which he sneered "you say you're old customer but you don't know my name even" and continues in that vein. Not that he knew my name either but I didn't expect him to. I don't have his ego problems. If at any time you start off the morning feeling happy but want a quick change of mood, go in and start a conversation with him. If he's having a male menopausal episode that day, he's guaranteed to remove all feelings of sunshine and flowers from around you.
