My favourite place for banana leaf rice, roti canai and teh tarik after tracking Bukit Gasing. Spacious and airy corner shop restaurant. Their must try roti canai, curry chicken and fried fish/ chicken/ sotong. Friendly and fast service staff that attend to your every needs. Highly recommended place for breakfast, lunch and tea time.

New old kid on the block in Gasing heights as far back as I can remember since at least 4.5-5 years back or longer. Always enjoyed the quieter part of the morning facing the park which is also surrounded by other eateries nearby. Food is as good as the original location near the school.

I love the fried fish, they cooked upon order. The skin is crispy and the fish meat is fresh and soft .. yummy .. the restaurant is clean and bright.. I personally think that the banana leaf rice's side dishes they can add on more variety like deep fried bittergourd etc.

Best place to have banana leaf rice. This restaurant is very clean and staff is friendly too. They have Grade A for cleanliness. You may choose normal rice or brown rice. The fried chicken is yummy! Do take note that they only service Banana Leaf Rice after 12pm, no roti canai or others. Rice + Vege RM8.50 Fried chicken RM7.50 Fried Tenggeri RM7.50 Coconut RM5.50

Traditional way to serve Chapatti/ Dosa/ Roti with banana leaves, thick curry gravy, clean & well trained staff. I like the way they serve gravy in the stainless steel container with 4 or 3 types curry, now in KL not many restaurants still serve as this. Airy environment but a bit difficult to find parking.

Drink (Teh Ais) took forever to come! (Approximately 25 mins later). Ordered Mutton Curry twice from the waiter and order never came. Overpriced overhyped and obviously this old dog has lost it's touch! The fried squid takes the cake! Slices of squid is less than 7 tiny slices (See Photos of before and after squid was removed). Seriously, it was one of my best spot to come to eat but now I digress!

This branch of Raju's Banana Leaf is very clean and spacious. We received very friendly service when placing our order and food was promptly served. Prices are reasonable considering the portions served and the great tasting food. Even the banana leaves used look fresh and were large sized. The main attraction is banana leaf rice served with diced cucumber, diced beet root and bayam vegetables, a choice dhal, chicken or fish curry and papadom. Salted dy chillies and rasam are also available. We also ordered chicken and mutton varuval and tofu. A friendly and clean place to have a banana leaf meal.

Clean, quite spacious, good service from waiters, we came around 11:30 on Sunday and there was no queue, but nearing 12pm more people start to come and need to queue & wait for someone to come and serve you a table. Paid by cash, not sure if they accept card or e-wallet payment (I didn't notice/see any debit machine)
